This Call Logging Component developed by TLC , connects between the handset and telephone at the curlcord, and sends the captured Rx/Tx voice to the PC via USB. Also available is a version that separates the Rx and the TX voice into stereo left and right channels for voice recognition. This version eliminates side tone ( the Tx sound cross feed to the Rx sound) to enable accurate voice recognition. This CTI Component developed by TLC can enable you to develop a CTI system from a single agent to a larger system as the need grows . It can dial up and receive calls by controls from the PC application via USB. Dialing and other CTI solutions can be developed using the dedicated API.
Also available is the software engine to realize coordination of the developed application with various PBXs.
